Disclaimer

A few things we want to be upfront about: what this site is, what it is not, and how to use the information on it.

Effective 18 May 2026

Section 02

Visa decisions are not within our control

Final decisions on every visa application are made by the relevant national authority — UK Visas and Immigration, the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge, the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst, Migrationsverket, the consulates of France, Spain and Italy, the Irish Immigration Service Delivery, and others.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Anyone offering you a guaranteed visa approval is misrepresenting how immigration law works. What we promise is rigorous, honest file work that gives your application the highest reasonable probability of approval under current rules.

Section 03

Information is accurate at the time of publication

Immigration law changes frequently. Salary thresholds, points formulas, processing times and shortage lists are revised quarterly or annually by national authorities. We make every reasonable effort to keep the content on this site current, including:

  • Tracking every UK Statement of Changes in Immigration Rules.
  • Monitoring German Bundesgesetzblatt amendments to the Aufenthaltsgesetz.
  • Reviewing each EU directive update on the EU Blue Card and related routes.
  • Updating the visa points calculator within two weeks of every change we detect.

Despite this, errors and lag are possible. The official government sources listed on each country page remain authoritative. If they disagree with us, follow them.

Section 05

Visa Points Calculator

The points calculator on this site is an educational tool. It uses point values and thresholds that we believe to be current at the time of last update. The score it produces is an indication, not a determination. The official authorities apply additional checks (sponsor licence standing, role authenticity, salary at the going rate per SOC 2020, document credibility) that the calculator cannot model.

A passing score on the calculator does not guarantee visa approval. A failing score does not necessarily mean you cannot apply — different routes have different thresholds and we are happy to explore alternatives in a consultation.

Section 06

Testimonials and case examples

Testimonials, case examples and statistics on this site are based on real client engagements. Names, identifying details and some financial specifics have been changed or generalised to protect client privacy. Approval rates and other percentages reflect our internal records and the file profile we accept; they do not predict any individual application's outcome.

Section 07

Third-party providers we work with

During an engagement we coordinate with sworn translators, notaries, Visa Application Centres, courier services, English-test providers and educational institutions. We select these partners on track record and rate. We are not responsible for delays, errors or losses caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

Section 08

Fees and financial estimates

Government fees, tuition fees, blocked-account amounts and other financial figures quoted on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice from the issuing authority. Currency exchange rates fluctuate. Always confirm current amounts with the authority or institution before transferring funds.

Section 09
